These Terms & Conditions govern use of communications and online services provided by Frebel Fire LLC dba Brendle McGough Fire & Safety Equipment ("BMFSE," "we," "us," or "our").

Business Communications

Information submitted through our website, by phone, or through authorized messaging channels may be used to respond to requests, provide services, and administer BMFSE business operations.

SMS and MMS Terms

BMFSE operates a low-volume SMS/MMS program for transactional and operational business communications. Authorized users may receive messages such as receipt confirmations, processing status, error notices, or requests for clarification related to a business workflow. Messages are not sent for marketing or promotional purposes under this program.

Message frequency varies based on use of the service. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. After an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message. To request assistance, reply HELP or call BMFSE at (334) 753-9100.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and delivery may depend on your wireless carrier and network.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse BMFSE's website, messaging channels, or systems, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation of the services, or submit unlawful or malicious content.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue online or messaging functionality when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or business operations.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
